Através destes apoios o diretor de dança Júlio César realiza desde o início do ano até dezembro, no centro de dança de Brasília (próximo ao DNIT), <b><u>oficina gratuita </u></b>de dança negra contemporânea. As oficinas atende um público de diversas faixas etárias e classes sociais que, se desejarem, podem participar das oficinas profissionalizantes que criam multiplicadores para a difusão da iniciativa na capital e cidades do entorno do Distrito Federal.
